What is a QR Code?
A QR code is a square barcode just like the scannable barcode available on nearly every single product in the grocery store. The code image can be read via a barcode scanner which then redirects the user to a web address or other interactive environment designed to immediately engage the customer on an iPhone or smartphone.

How is this different than traditional mobile (SMS) marketing I hear about?
With our system, the customer does not have to remember any short code or keyword in order to participate in the system. Furthermore, unlike traditional SMS marketing, once they submit the enrollment there is no further confirmation necessary from them as a customer. Our system also gives the customer a real-time access to view their visit history. (We do offer an integrated SMS marketing option as a compliment to our services if you want to diversity your digital marketing strategy)

Do my employees have to do something every time someone uses your system?
The only thing your employees have to do is promote the service. The process by which you promote the QR code is up to you. If you only want a qualified purchase to be able to participate you can make the QR code appear on the receipt that is generated for the customer. Otherwise, if you want a more freely accessible system you can print the QR code and have it available on the register or use our preformatted marketing materials for your strategy.

How can I be confident that people won’t post the QR code online and then post false check-ins?
Our system requires that the customer be physically located within a certain number of yards of your exact address in order for the scan to work. We also default the system to limit the number of check-ins available within a specific period of time.

Am I going to have to buy and/or install extra hardware on my POS system?
No. The only hardware that is required for our product is the smart phone that your customer already uses every day.

I don’t like technology and I don’t have time to manage this myself. Can you help me do it?

How do I manage and access all my customer information? Is the information safe?
You are provided with access to our specially designed secure encrypted marketing platform on which you can setup ongoing promotions, change rewards and even send rewards to specific individuals.  To ensure customer privacy and protection of the data, all of your marketing efforts to your clients are processed through the QR Rewards system.
